Clas-B CS AIS Transponder

Automatic Identification System(AIS) which was defined with SOLAS 74 convention and performance recommendations by International Marine Organization (IMO) has had to be possessed by all the commercial ships since 2004 and aims to enchance sailing safety and security.
Automatic Identification System(AIS) Transponder is based on the principle of automatically transmitting the Static and Dynamic data belonging to the ship where the device is located over AIS-VHF channels at regular intervals.

Ideal AIS Class-B CS (Carrier Sensing) Transponder was developed entirely in compliance with the AIS Class-B CS Device Installation requirements issued by Turkish Republic Undersecretariat of Marine Affairs, and it is a kind of transponder tool whose functions can be extended so that it can meet the further needs to be emerged in the future.
As it was designed in line with the requirements of AIS system whose use will be a must; particularly, as of 2008 and with its options to be expanded in such a way as to meet the potential future applications in Turkey(purchasing petrol without paying VAT and tracing the fishing boats in open seas), Ideal AIS Class-B CS Transponder, has service, purchasing, and operational cost advantages when compared to its overseas counterparts.
